what are the consequences of not transplanting this? i am already at day 2 of 12/12. thank for the help!

It will become root bound for sure if you do not transplant.she will double or can even triple in size and she will have to eat more.plus salt will build up REALLY fast in that pot.The way she looks with the tips starting to burn and tips curling down it looks like she might be locking up already.re-pot her bro give her room to run 
EDIT ....I forgot you were already in flower.Its very bad to mess with a plant in flower it will turn a female into a hermaphrodite most the time.but as small as the pot id say do it and do it quickly and hope it works out.

thank you for the help, i did as you told, here some pics.
and you were right, it was full of roots lol
the curling leaves, and yellow tips are normal?

No its a sign of either nute burn(too much nutrients) or ph lockout(salt buils up because plants release salt just like we crap lol) so make sure to water it good now that its in new soil and use a good water at the proper ph level.the curling could be it needs magnesium but only if they keep curling down.They will look like bird claws.If that happens mix 1 tsp epsom salt to 1 gallon of your water and itl straighten her out.the re-pot job looks good bro best of luck

you make a plant flower when you change it to a 12/12 light cycle(12 hours of light 12 hours of dark) after about a week or 2 it will show pollen sacks(balls) or pistils (white hairs) its a learned thing you just have to see and once you do you will never forget.I let my plants veg until their about 10-12 inches tall b4 i flip them to flower as they will double or even triple in size.hope this helps and good luck growing!

yes its still getting light even in the shade.the uv rays are still hitting the plant.they start showing signs of sex a couple months before harvest but it can range so just keep an eye on them it should be time to show sex.if it gets balls on it then get it out of there asap
Dont worry the seed is feminized it didnt come out of no random ass nug

that dosnt matter feminized seeds are not ALL female.they are 85-95% female they are just more likely to be female.ive head "feminized" seeds turn male on me.you still have to be on the lookout.but i seen your topping question and its to early to tell yet.it can show hairs AND grow balls then you have a hermieDont worry the seed is feminized it didnt come out of no random ass nug
dang i do not want a hermaphrodite. I wish i could grow inside but unfortunately this isn't an option. Next season Im going to prep my site way better and make sure that no one is frequenting my guerrilla grow cause its on some random ass abandoned lot with a couple trials. Lots bout an acre so its good stuff
