pot sizes for outdoor plants

hey was up i am wondering how big of a pot size i would need for a plant outdoors i already have 2 outside one is afghan kush speacial and a purple haze..i am asking because they are going to grow for maybe 5 to 6 months..i have 15 gallon pots are they to big or to small?

well the bigger the pot the bigger the plant i would say use 5 gallon buckets

yea i want a big plant but not a huge monster because my neighbors are pot heads and theiffs..you dont think itll get root bound in 6 months in a 5 gallon?

no they wont get root bound in that time unless you live right next to the sun and you give them roids... just make sure there are alot of holes on the bottom so you dont get root rot... yuck.
and just put a piece of screen or netting on the bottom so the soil does not was out, good luck man and be careful

alright yea what i do is i take those buckets of paint which are 5 gallon and i just drill holes in them then i put rocks in the bottom so the soil doesnt cover up the holes
