Looks more like overnute to me. Whats your ppm? Anyway to get the npk you want you can mix veg nutes with flower nutes. A lot of mfg do it all the time. You are supposed to mix FF growbig with big bloom but I mix growbig 6-4-4 with biobizz bloom 1-3-2 to get a npk of 7-7-6. Then I add a touch of natures necter potasium to get closer to 7-7-7. I dont recomend Natures Necter for regular nutes in hydro because it causes bubble in any system that uses airstones or air injection. But small amounts are fine. I also mix supernatural bloom 14-16-19 with FF open sesame 5-45-19 to get a npk of 19-61-38 which is very close to 10-30-20. Its because 19-57-38 would be the same as 10-30-20 or 1-3-2 if you take 1x19=19 for the first number and 3x19=57 for the seciond number and 2x19=38 for the third number. 19-57-38. That makes the second number only 4 points off and my plants really seem to like the mix! Good Luck! Peace Out
