I Have Yet To find a Definitive answer as of yet, Don't Worry i'm still scanning other posts but I Figured I'd tell ya whats up and If anyone has advice before i end up finding it in other threads it would save time. so Here it is
I Have a Closet Set up In the same room i have My Veg Tent where i have been growing a few strains from seed, and I had already seen Male Plants a week ago BUt Figured its cool under 18/6 Light cycle and i had planned on keeping the males and Test at a later time on breeding.. anyways Today When Watering and Spraying I Had Noticed on one of the Males a (few weeks old 9 inches tall) had Already Open Male Flowers on the lowest branch Hanging out as If it Dropped Pollen, the Flowers inside showed no evidence of pollen though as i can't see any yellow/orange color its clean, and i dont see any laying around so my guess is that because its still young and in veg that even though flowers opened pollen might not have developed.. I've heard many people say They Keep there Mothers and Fathers for Breeding in veg without problems.
so hearing my situation My Questions That I Haven't found Definitive answers for are:
- Are Males Safe to Keep In Veg With Your Mothers?
- Do Males That are in Veg That End up opening there sacs Actually Produce Pollen?
- Will Female Plants in Veg that Have there Stigmas If Accidentally come in contact with pollen from any source, Create Seeds In Future Flowering? or Turn Them Hermie?
-If Keeping Males Regardless of Isolation Should I Be Removing The Preflowers as They Come Up if I'm not ready for Pollination?
