Awesome! I got the beans from DutchBreed.com. They said that it's a very high THC content sativa, about 22% or so, with a citrus flavor and a zooming high. Well duh, if it's a 22% sativa that would stand to figger, LOL. I am definitely excited about the kushes and all the autoflowers. Two months and I should be swimming in bud.

are those auto strains fem seeds or regular? u gonna make any seed from them so you dont have to keep buying them? as long as you polenate them before the other plants start to flower you shouldnt have to worry about them.

Actually I had over 400; I just used 50 of them for now. I'm going to do three more seed runs with this grow.

Well, more baby pix. One of the seedlings didn't make it. I didn't check to see which strain it was; hopefully it was not one of the Super Lemon Hazes. I'm going to have to clone the crap out of all those to make it worth the investment on those beans. But Attitude sent me some freebies and they are doing great.

The Power Kush is still in the lead; it's very vigorous.

I'm expecting 2 oz from each of the autos. I'm not sure about the regular ones; I have no idea what the expected yield is on those. I've got 1 gallon Spin-out treated pots that these will be upcanned to. The autos will live out their lives in those but the others will be transplanted into the ground. This will be mostly an outdoor grow but I will probably have some finish off indoors. I have a 400w HPS, two 4 light T-5's (4'), and two red LED panels for those. I know that's pretty eclectic on the lights but I like to experiment.

14 days old and only a few minor problems. I put the cups outside and the wind came up and blew 4 of them off. Two of those got some leaf damage. This morning I found an evil critter that had been munching on my leaves, a moth caterpillar. I found him (they are always underneath the leaves) and tortured him to death. I noticed the leaves being a little yellowish so I mixed up some light nutes (3-1-2) and gave them. I'll be watching very closely to make sure I don't overdo that.

I also want to show off my new grow rooms! The room where the babies are now has a window and an adjacent bathroom (very handy for watering). The size is about 12' x 14'. The other room has no windows and is about 10' x 16'. For now I'm using this room as storage for some of my stuff (not nearly all) but as the plants grow and take up more room I'll be using this for clones and vegging and the other for my flowering. Both are heated and cooled.

The 2x2's leaning against the wall is a bit ghetto but it works very well, is easily moved or adjusted and, since I had them and the hooks, etc, it didn't cost me a cent. You may notice that the light is not hanging straight; that is by design. The reason the light is not hanging straight is because the plants vary in height from 1" to nearly 4" high. I placed my tallest plants on the right hand side, then the shorter plants to the left, getting smaller towards the left end. Now all the plants are an equal distance from the light. I have white tileboard pieces that I use for light reflection on the back and front but I removed them for the pix.

My intention has been for this to be an outdoor grow but small plants are so suceptible to insects and other damage outdoors, I'm going to let these grow for another couple of weeks indoors before putting them outside. I may put them out for a few hours of sun but then back under the lights for more 20 hours on and 4 hours off.

Things are looking very good. I've been putting them outside to get the full sun every day and for the last few days I've been leaving them outside. They seem to be enjoying the cool nights. They are very short but generally have about 4 nodes. I have to say that I'm very disappointed in the Super Lemon Haze; they are noticiably the smallest, most anemic looking of all. I'm not impressed with the vigor of these seeds. On the other hand, all the kushes are going like crazy. At this point I'm convinced that I'll do a Power Kush grow next time.

On the previous pix you'll notice the plants are slightly yellow. A dose of Miracle Gro All Purpose cleared that up; they seem to be responding very well to it. Also, you might notice some white powdery looking stuff on some of the leaves; it's Sevin Dust. There were some fungus gnats in the soil and I wanted to take some precautions in case another caterpillar takes a liking to the leaves; it's amazing how much damage they can do to plants in just 24 hours.

Nice start.
Sorry to hear about the SLH, where did you get the beans from for those?
what's your night temps averaging out at?

Thanks Hardroc. I got the beans from Greenhouse through Attitude. The nighttime temps are in the low 40's.

Man, I've been hearing nothing but bad shit from them guys e.g. terrible germ ratios and no vigor in the seedlings.
The only seeds I have of theirs is Bubba Kush, 2 didn't germ but I'm pretty sure that was my fault, low temps, but the other 1 I germ'd popped in 24h and went put in soil popped through in 24h, and is growing very nicely, I might have just got a lucky bean lol.
Looks like you're gonna have some nice Kush this year. Good luck with the grow bro, and watch out for them damn caterpillars and slugs lol

Oh, as a side note, we just moved and one of the new rooms had one outlet in it with a funny looking outlet. I replaced the outlet with a standard one; it had a black wire, a white wire and a ground wire; no big deal right? Well, suffice it to say I am not a sparktrician. When I plugged my 400w HPS into the outlet the ballast started humming like crazy. After about 15 seconds it started smoking and busted out in flames. I unplugged it and the smoke was sickening so I plugged in my biggest fan to blow out the smoke. I turned it on high and the force of the fan was incredible - still no clue. I sat the fan down in the doorway to blow out the smoke and there was a loud POP. Dead ballast; dead fan. When an outlet "looks funny", don't assume there is not a good reason for it. It turned out to be a 220v circuit.
