Well, reading the thread it seems you are doing everything ok and other posters have given you good tutorials to crack them open.

Maybe reach out to RQS and see if they can help, maybe by sending new ones!

My RQS seeds always worked out well.
 
I did it and they already sent me a voucher that is even higher in value then what I spent.
The problem is that it's now 22 days that I'm trying to have one seedling.
