You need to bare in mind, pm spores, are around us all the time. You may even be breathing them in.
Its about having the right enviroment, to stop it from growing in the first place.
You can bleach all you want to. If your enviroment isn't in the zone, you'll soon get it again.
Guaranteed.
Makes sense, So pretty much bleach the shit out of my room to kill as much of the spores as possible, if not all of them. Then create an environment in which PM can not thrive or grow. I already created that environment recently after talking with you guys. Now, I just need to bleach and restart

Yep 8)
Its always gonna be around. No matter what.
Prevention's always better than a cure.
Cures are a pain in the arse :bigjoint:

My understanding is pm is present, in the plant once infected.
Could be wrong but I have always operated under that notion and if there
Was a problem I hit the clones with a systemic.

Correct me please if im wrong.

Wow man :o
Ya learn something new every day.
Thanks @charface
I'll try and upload in a second.
I just did a google.
Turns out there's a specific form of powdery mildew, that infects cannabis, and is systemic.
They've been doing all sorts of lab testing.
Give me 5. Ill post the link.

Unfortunately its one of those hotly debated topics, I just go the better safe than sorry route.
Good to know they are still testing

Its a bit worrying. TBH
If it is a systemic type of PM, id assume seeds would have to be infected too. :o
I wonder if they've tested inside seeds?

Gentleman and Ladies, I believe it is time for an update. The Powdery Mildew is taking a beaten and losing the battle. I have about 5 days left until I harvest and things are looking great. I put the girls outside in the warm California sun with a nice breeze and the Powder Mildew has not been able to spread. I have been spot shooting every few days with 100% 3% h202. I harvested one decent size bud 7 days ago and ran it through the H202 wash then dried it for 4 days and WOW. That shit gave me the old light head feeling and tasted good. The buds are really starting to swell and the weed should be ripe anyday. Putting them outside gave them more space and gives me the opportunity to bleach EVERYTHING.

PM ..Powdery Mildew is No biggy

but is a strong indication the bud rot bitch is in the hood

time to reduce water

check Rh daily

increase venting

at this time I'm strong on neem oil

its organic no after taste and cheap

good luck
No offense dude...

Do not spray neem on buds. Neem is organic but it isn't non toxic. I spray the shit out of neem oil every week until preflower but never in flower. It will stick and stay and it's not good for you.

H202 is a much better option for buds as it breaks down to h2o and o...non toxic.

Please, everyone use neem, it's great shit...in veg only!
