Keep your feed food grade.
Go with a PLC mixing system or timer(s)
Keep in mind the humidity, you'll want a heated (dry) unit or be cleaning it daily.

Which is why he needs to pre mix a high concentration of his powders into 1-2gal containers and hook up the dosatron to them. They use peristaltic pumps to draw up the liquid via soft tubing and can deliver it directly to the reservoir.
The dosatron works just like those machines in hospitals that slowly deliver food/medicines by a small triangle shaped cog that turns in place with tubing anchored around it. Usually to a person with a pegtube operation done.

Sorry, i must have misunderstood you, ive been "attacked" allready by nute "pros", and it was my first time post here... Yea, i know about those powder dispensers, but its a no-no for me, i tried to design my own with sonic vibrator and scale, felt like icarus, only thing left for me is to use concentrates like you said with peristaltic pumps, but i would have to use some mixing pump inside to stir nutes up before pumping in main rez, which might end up over engineered task, instead of trowing couple of scoops in water... I need to think this trough... Tnx for help mates.. <3
