so in my battle against godforsaken evil rotten powdery mildew i've come across this post and want to try his advice. however he says 2-3 week of flowering and yesterday was 5 for me, is that too late will i kill everyone that smokes my buds if i do it this late

any advice or experience from bay area growers is appreciated, this stuff has been on all 3 of my crops and althoughi 've gotten ok at containing the disaster, i'd like to elimiate it.
for the record, i'm very good about humidity very rarely over 45%, i've tried every normal remedy under the sun (serenade, milk, lemon juice, baking soda, safergrow milder cure. uhm... yeah...) the best i think i saw was milk or serenade, but it doesn't cure it, just knocks it back for a while.
there's an interesting article in hemp diseases and pest, management and biological control: an advanced treatise' that tells humidity isn't enough for these strains because one of the two infectors of cannabis (sphaerotheca macularis / leveillula taurica) can germinate at 0% RH
