Powdery Mildew in Picture?

Three week old plant. My timer went bad two nights in a row which shut the exhaust fan and lights off for 6 hours each night. Humidity went close to 80% at temps low as 60 degrees for 6-8 hours. Recipe for disaster...I was using a humidifier in the tent because I was dealing with low humidity at 15% RH on average. Early enough in the plants life to fix this? Do I take all the plants out and clean the tent with bleach? Spray the plant with H2O2? Cut the bad leaves off? My first grow with 10 plants. Don't want to lose all of them. Maybe I'm misdiagnosing? I can send some more pictures if that would be helpful.

Hi,
Any other photos or angles ?
To me it looks like it's WPM.
Can you wipe it of the leaf ?
Is this on any other leaves ? Or plants ?
Best advise, is u take that bad plant and throw it out. Bleach the tent and fans and hope ur other plants don't get it.

I have 10 plants. The picture I posted was the worst leaf of the 10 plants. Looks like 2 plants may have a tiny bit. Wiping them off doesn’t seem to work very well. Here is another picture

Luckily they are still young and can be foliar sprayed. Neem oil works good. Household items, apple cider vinegar and hydrogen peroxide mix in water.

It should be. It doesn’t look so bad that you have to take drastic measures just yet. Just give the fan leaves a good spray. Do you have fans in the tent? I know u said you have an exhaust fan but oscillating fans will save you every time.

The question u should be asking ur self is , do u want the WPM to spread ? From my experience, once u have WPM, u have it for the rest of that plants life cycle. So chance of infection is high in regards to the other plants.
The new photos seem fine to me, I don't see anything. But if u want to keep the plant , u can use been oil , like mentioned in one of the comments or u can use full cream milk.

I've found it's an environmental problem (damp, dark and no fresh air).
Take your plants out of the tent in the day, and stand them in the open air and sun and it tends to go away, or at least not get worse.

But what do I know?
