Thank you all for taking the time to reply and share knowledge/experiences with me. All of it is greatly appreciated!
I will try the different methods to see if I can get the PM under control. I'll start with the home made organic/holistic recipes such as peroxide, milk, baking soda, garlic and such, then move up to the harsher chemicals if and only if necessary and as a last resort.
A good thing is that I'm still vegging the clones, and didn't plan on blooming till next month. I will not however used hash chemicals once I start blooming. I'm much to inexperienced with indoor and using chemicals so I'll avoid as much as I can.
Worse case I will just throw all 12 outside when the daylight 12+ hours come which is March 20th I believe.
Worse worst case I'll just toss them all and just start fresh, but this time with a finished and complete grow box set up with all I need to control humidity.
I do have one question, if the PM continues and I decide to throw clones outside, I may try to make S1's self polinate some of them, will the powdery mildew issue implant itself in the seeds or genes?
In other words, if I make seeds from pm contaminated clones will the PM show up when I germionate those seeds?
