ive run the Athena 3.0 e/c in a commercial nursery setting, so just veg large scale to be fair. I honestly don’t think it grows better plants than just feeding(peat) 1 e/c every other day of whatever nutrient you were using before. It’s not going to give you any deficiencies and won’t burn your plants, so in a sense it’s quite foolproof for someone just getting into growing. The salts are reasonably priced, but running at 3 EC becomes a bit of a burden without any notable improvements in veg. Silica is a proven benefit to plants and a part of pretty much every nutrient program.
