Powdery mildew

Hello everyone,

My problem I'm having is powdery mildew and keeping it under control. I know it cannot be cured but controlled.
What are the best and safest ways to keep it at bay, while not killing the pistols (hairs)? every thing I use seems to harm the hairs. I always spray in the dark giving them five hours to dry. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like you're in flower. If so how far along are you?

Also what's your humidity during the day and what's it climbing to at night? That would be the first thing to get under control.

You can try using baking soda/water to slow down and potentially get rid of your pm but no guarantees as I have no idea what your growing environment is like.

I am in flowering about 3-5 weeks long. My day time humidity is 43% night 47% and the temp is 65F Night 77-81F Day. With rain in the forecast.
Could you tell me the baking soda to water ratio to use?

Your swing in RH is nothing. I was expecting the temp to drop a lot therefore resulting in high RH. I would use an oscillating fan to keep stirring the air and I personally would just spray neem oil mix (fungistat) on the leaves. 10% milk didn't work and I don't like baking soda. I'm using an electric heater at night combined with fan and my RH is fine.

keep spraying some alkaline solution and hope for the best. if you find pm at harvest there is the water+h2o2 trick that kill all the powder
