i just have a question to ask.

i used a chemical blooming foliage application a couple times cause my plants were having somewhat of a magnese deficiency and now on two of my plants i have what appears to be powdery meldew?

im not sure if it is or isnt but any advise would be great.

p.s. how would a plant normally get powdery meldew?

the powder can be the dryed chemical you sprayed.how long did it take to show up after you sprayed them?powdery mildew can also be associated with spider mites so you might want to check the bottoms of the bottom leaves on your plants.how often do you spray them and what phase are they in?

the powder showed up two or three days after.
i was spraying fairly often maybe one to three times daily
i also am entering week three flowering and i am pretty sure there are no spider mites i know that much im sure of it.

If you cant get a pic than we can't know for sure. It could be a film from the spray, or could be powdery mildew.

say it was powdery mildew. how can i prevent further damage? and what is the worst case scenario with powdery mildew?

the last thing you should be doing right now is spraying your plants.NEVER spary them once they start the flowering phase.that encourages bud rot and mildew(in the flowers).so i would totally stop doing that.and once to 3 times a day is also way too much.when they are in veg i spray mine 4-6 times a week

alright then i will stop foliar spraying.

i did think it was ok since it was so early in flowering i was planing on stopping soon anyhow seeing how the last time i grew i did the same thing and everything turned out fine.

except for the little powder on my leaves.....

any how what is best method here?

should i try wiping off my leaves with hydrogen peroxide?

i read somewhere it will help any other suggestions?

A manganese def? Not a normal def.

I think you got the mildew issue from chasing the false def.

The mildew issue is tougher to fix. How long into 12/12 are ya?

i am three weeks into flowering i did have a magnese def. because of my plants having yellowing except for right next to the veins on the fan leaves.

i spoke to a guy on the advanced nutrients hotline he was a nutrients technician working directly with me explaining what needed to be done.

you see i use iguana juice grow and bloom in a 100% organic grow and to you any chemical fertilizer containing magnesium on a foliar aplication

Sounds a lot more like a magnesium def over a manganese def, but you seem to have it under control.

how can i get rid of it?

i read wiping the leaves with hydrogen peroxide kills the powdery mildew is that true?

i am entering week three flowering and i was led to believe that it was a manganese def from a nutrients technician working directly with me from advanced nutrients

you see cause i use a 100% all organic grow with fox farm soil and iguana juice grow and bloom fertilizers

yea i just dont have 150 bones to drop on a sulfur vaporizer right at the moment besides it is only a closet grow and a sulfur vaporizer is probably a little extravagant.

im looking for a grandmas remedy or something like that
