Power clone? Aqua shield?

I have not had success cloning in a while. I have Botanicare power cloner48. It came with samples of power clone/aqua shield...
I recently bought a chiller for it and thought it would be a no brainer... 3 bad batches and 6 weeks later, here I am. 1st run was R/O water with rapid start and chiller set to 68F. It was like I put them in the fridge or something and caused stasis? it was well over 2 weeks when I gave up. 2-3 try I used tap water & rapid start, set temp to 77F and I cannot keep the brown slime away.

I have a clone king. I've had some SSH cloning for 21 no roots are bumps. I checked water temp, and it was 68. I put a fish tank warmer in raised temp to 75 and 3 days later I've got roots. I do see some some brown color is on stem, but there are roots!

Try H2o2 witch is jus peroxide in higher %s .. ill throw a shot glass or two of normal proxide in mine to add oxygen. Oxygen kills that browness. An keep my ph at 5.5 an temps at 77 .. hope that helps. Helped with my brown root problem. That an after I see singhs of roots ill throw white shark an hygrozyme at the half dosage, in too bulks my root mass..

Do you have air stones? Is pump on 24 hours?
