Powering a 18" Fluorescent Tube light with a Computers CPU

OK everybody I need help setting up a Fluorescent tube light in my stealth Computer grow box. I want the Fluorescent light to be powered by the Computers CPU and I dont really have much of an idea how I am going to go about doing this so people I am asking you to please help me! And I was wondering if this is even possible? Also if the light cannot be powered by the CPU I will consider buying computer case lighting like a black light type thing if it the only way possible or if it is way to dangerous! And One more Question should I use A fluorescent light or should I set- up a power strip and just get a few plug to socket adapters and Go the CFL route?

Get a 65W CFL and you're good to go, just make sure it's the 6500K spectrum for veg and 2700K for flowering once you switch to 12/12. Also, you understand that a PC grow isn't going to produce much right? We're talking maybe a 1/4 ounce here.

you probably mean if you could power a fluoro from a cpu socket
a cpu does not generate power, so the answer to your question is no
pc case growers normally gut the case, and put in some cfls

Agreed^^^. Power supply units are usually pretty bulky, so it makes sense that people use a power strip to run everything.
