Ppm question

I've got a 3 foot plant that is 3 months old and 2 weeks into flowering.

I just bought a reliable ppm pen.

What should the water ppm be before I wter with nutes? And what should the ppm runoff be after I water it with that same water with nutes?

Vise versa

What should the ppm be when I water with no nutes? Im assuming the ppm should be 0.00 before I water with no nutes, but what should the runoff be? I would gues it will pull some nutes from the soil and be a low ppm.

Just wanted to ask some more experienced people in this topic.

It's 1600 going in. Haven't watered yet. But it's half strength and the plant is doing fine and shows no signs of burn

Thats a good question, I'd like to see some answers too. My well water is around 135ppm, depending on recent rainfall amounts. My city stuff is about 350 whick is supposedly good for a muni water supply; I think regs will allow at least 1000...Boo.
I use teas for ferts but I want to try some synthetic bloom stuff on a few to test the difference.

I hope you get some info from someone more knowledgeable than me...

I feed mine a 1000 ppm every night and plain water that is 150 ppm from the tap every morning. I measured my runoff before I started nutes and it was like 320 ppm. There in MG pitting mix
