with lights and everything included

Thats a computer. Y not hit the local hardware store get some cfl's and some white paint and a few pots and start there. Or find an empty closet in your house

yea man joe is right you'd get way better results if you take that 200gbp and made your own grow from what i have seen and read about pc grows they arent worth the effort. Low yielding plants and hardly any space. Just spend that money on some 1/4" ply wood and some cfls. and find a cheap desk fan and a spare closet or something similar. but you should be able to build something way better for that kinda money. dont bother with pc boxes their shit build your own or u can get a grow tent from charlies hydro with a 600w hid for around 220 look it up on ebay
