I'm recently unemployed and taking a sabbatical from work..hopefully permanently,but we'll see, im only 35. I cant deal with our materialistic society anymore. When i do finally have to get a job I'm going to be upfront about my MJ use, i just don't care anymore. Your legal and do have some recourse, you just need to figure out whats best for you? how bad do you want/need the job. Try the honest approach if getting a job ASAP isnt a major concern, I'm sure there are <smaller, probably family owned> companies who will actually appreciate the honesty, as long as you can prove it wont affect your job duties. I no longer have any issue with lying or deceiving most employers after what I've seen companies do to people over the last 20 yrs of my life. Joinig something thike that service in the last post might get you some better legal backing.
