Pre-nuted soil for seedlings. Question.

I have 3 germinated seeds and I want to pot them. I have pre-nuted soil NPK 14-10-18. I know its too strong for the seedlings. Already burnt 2 veg plants with that soil + fertilizer. I am learner and I want to grow my plants right.
Can I flush the soil before plant the seeds in? It will reduce the NPK, but will be enough diluted for my seedlings? Or should I mix with a low quality dirt soil?
Please answer, thanks.

No nutes for the seedlings. Its only a little bit of medium in a 3 Solo type cups to start out with. As your finding out you can kill young plants with nutrients before they are old enough to benefit from them.

Ive made a beginners mistake with adding too much food to plants. Nevermore.
I have micro grow closet with LST plants. Already spent 40 days and burnt my two plants with Nitro Toxicity, they are in recovery mode now. My new grow, those 3 seeds will be much more careful with proper care and more lights.
Thanks for the advice, I will make a mix 90% dirt soil from other pots with no fertz. and 10% with pre-fert soil. I will add from the store soil just to make the seedlings soil soft for the roots cuz my dirt soil is a bit rough.
There are no perlite in my town sadly, what can I use instead of perlite?
