Preferred method for hanging reflectors?

I am trying to figure out the best way to hang my Growzilla. I bought a set of Flexi-Hangers, but I am not happy with this product. The tightening mechanism was easily stripped, and the lead length is only about 4'. I like the concept, because they should make it very easy/quick to adjust. Does anyone know of any hardware that replicates this? Something similar to a retractable dog lead...
Maybe I'll rig up a fishing reel with the drag set real tight, LOL! Anyway, help would be great.

you could always use a long curtain rod and hang the reflectors with rope then just spin the thing to reel it up, check out urban grower on youtube...thats where i saw it, i had trhe same thing with the yoyo's, they strip out quick, im back to chains

I wasn't laughing to hard at myself when my light fell into my plants when they where justing showing all of the bud spots with hairs. It left a funky rectangle in the middle of a 4 x 8 table for the entire run and def cost me quit a bit on the harvest. Never without chain and hook properly secured into ceiling for weight you are going to hold

Ouch that musta sucked ass. Personally I wen't and bought some pressure treated 2X2's and built a stand to hang the hooks in. It comes down really easy since I used penny head nails, the wood holds great the cieling is drywall and I didn't want to put some giant hooks on it. I got my inline fan hooked right on an arm so theres no vibration or noise.

I've gone quite a few steps further with going up in the ceiling and crossing the 2 x 4s with another 2 x 4 and 8 inch long eye bolts through with nuts and washers as now I have hanging from the ceiling 2 liquid lumens with the piping for that and two more lights and a can 150 and I don't want to take any chances. lol
