Fortunatly, i have more seeds then i know what to do with. I'm pretty apt at spotting and distinguishing male and female preflowers. This one was definitely male but nowhere near producing pollen. I've already planted a new seed and will let you know when it decides to pop up. I don't consider a plant turning up male as a grow gone bad. Every grow gives me a chance to learn and get better at every stage of growing. They were not feminized seeds and i pretty much expect half of them to turn up male anyway.
Males dont produce seeds, they get their pollen all over the females, like a money shot lol, and the females produce seeds. And yes, if you grow out a male in your flower room, the leftovers can pollinate future generations. That's why its best to pull a male early and to never breed in your flower room. I personally find breeding much more trouble then its worth, though there is no shortage of seeds around here.
