Quick question those little leaves seen in the picture, that's where the preflowers are going to show right?

You see the growth node on your picture where you are starting to get side growth at. Then off to the side on the stalk a calyx will form there and if white pistils (hairs) grow from that then that wuld be a female pre flower. Male preflowers are like nubs but usually don't manifest themselfves until photoperiod switch.

That plant is way too immature. Come on man. I'm sick of seeing these threads. It takes literally 10 seconds to find the answer. You have to either veg it for 5-6 weeks of flip it to 12/12 then wait 4-5 days to see sex. That is nodular growth.

Thank you calicat! I noticed some tiny green legs coming off the sides, thinking another week + Until it may give me an idea?

No. Your plant isn't even close to being mature enough to show sex. It takes 5-6 weeks of solid vegetative growth for it to show. The other way is to flip your lights to flower then usually 5-6 days later it will show sex.

Fair enough, they are just growing so dang quick lol.

Think it's a smart idea to try and induce flowering? I have read that it can slow down veg a bit.

Not at 3 weeks, no. Let it mature, don't rush it. Seriously. Stop trying to rush. What do you mean slow down veg? That makes no sense. When you switch to flowering light cycle you are starting the flowering phase. Veg is done.

Dont thank me I was just pointing out where it can occur. It is strain dependant and could takes weeks and sometimes wont even show in vegetation but after the photoperiod switch.

You are looking at anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks of veg after you place into your final medium. Then around another 8 weeks for flowering. Then another 3-4 weeks of harvesting and curing. :) You got a long time left

Gave me a bit more insight to where it will occur, been reading through books but until someone can point it out, it's quite hard to distinguish.

There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. They will be visible from the base of the stalk where the new branch growth meets the leaf stem, right next to the stipules.

Two big mistakes most people that are new to RIU make impo are 1. Asking the gods to save them when all theyd have to do is read and use the search.
2. Posting on threads when they dont know how to garden yet.
Keep on reading young buck and all your questions will be answered :)

Dafuq?
If you put it into 12/12, you are no longer vegging.
Period.
There is no slow down about it.
