Premature seed germination

Hello, I prematurely germinated some seeds.i used the paper towel trick. I have them in a sunleaves cocoa plugs in a dome under cfls. My problem is my grow area is not ready and I need to plant these girls somewhere. How long can they stay in plugs? I read they needed to be planted soon. But I am not ready yet. These are fem seeds. Any help pleeeeease:-o

pot them in bigger cocco cor pots if you must and get that room set up,if you have to you can make them clones and start over with clones hope this helps!
