I just defoliated under the net and a few leaves that were blocking bud sites. Am I okay to flip in a couple days even though I've been pruning?

Go for it. First feeding should be full veg. They need it for the stretch. Good luck.

They are looking good. I always defoliate/prune a few days before I flip, just to let them recover.

Thank you! it's my first real grow so I'm kind of ancious about them growing so fast, and that I have to flip for the first time. I'm gonna give it a couple days since I cleaned their downstairs today

Not sure I understand why you would want to cutoff foliage right before the plants gonna stretch specially under a net. Id flip and feed full strength veg let them do their thing and then defoliate under the net. Good luck!
