So just to make sure on rules... I will be dropping seeds in water on 2/14/18 to germinate, if thats okay... Then when they sink i will transfer to 16oz cup with soil mixture i mix myself, if thats allowed... With a LED 12/12 light schedule until its finished.

Ok, I think I'm in for this, just read through here and the intro thread. Seeing that we're not restricted to specific LEDz and the germ date is Feb 14th (aw, how romantic of @The Dawg to have the start date coincide with hump day).

Now one last question so I can plan for which tent/room this will go in:
Ideally I could put it in my normal flower room at 11.5/12.5
I also run initiators for 12 minutes before and after the LED's but still less than 12 hours total?

If the above are not allowed, I have an alternate space with Vero29/90cri that can also kick your azz ;)

Vero29's it is then, I may even whip out my old germination cabinet if that Vero light fits in there. Shit if it doesn't fit I can use a spare Chinese "COB" light to show you how it's done... with 3x regs ;)

Yeah, I saw the single 1/4" hole rule, not a problem. Tweaking the rules in your favour won't work this time mofo...
