Pressure to develop a better vaccine.

I'm not aware of anything in development that compares to the efficacy of the mmr and tetanus shots I've had. I was exposed to measles 20 years after my shot for several days and didn't get measles.

All of these spike protein vaccines are single point of action. They base all efficacy on the spike protein being recognized. With an actual infection or traditional vaccine there are multiple points of identification stored by the immune system.

What specific information causes you to think there is no research into better vaccines. Your post just says "i'm ignorant". Reeks of entitlement.

I wonder if socialized medicine would have produced all these vaccines as quickly? If government takes over, and it’s no longer profit driven, will it effect the development of newer advanced drugs and treatment?

i'm going to say that since this comes from virus the first few go arounds are just that..i'm thinking flu vaccinations circa 1975 (people got very sick just getting them) but now they're great!

so we have Covid-19 that is a circulatory disease transmitted via flu..it's worn off; you need another just like the flu shot every year.

so we're clear this is a cross between flu and ebola..get the shot..after 8 months you can get a booster.

i find it interesting how those two combinations came to be..let's say someone crossed the flu with ebola, i speculate this is what one version could be like.
