been growing for myself and was wondering if it might be easier to just buy it wholesale. how much for top of the line wax at a pound?

ive seen clubs in cali charge $30-70 a gram. id guess a lb goes for $8k+
on avg dank bud runs, i get nearly 3oz per lb of bud in..
throw in an extra 3k for grow equipment, oil supplies etc..soo. grow 5 lbs of bud for less than 11k, and i think you got a deal.. and all the equipment :]

3 outa 16 is a .1875 return... I got this one strain that im moving to strictly that is .26 return. that's over a 2g difference of return per oz... but im talking like a massive grow op. should come up with something reasonably priced. so im guessing it would be more like 4 lbs of bud. I was thinking like at most 7-8k for an lb of killer wax..... 3k for supplies? lights are cheap and butane is cheap.

A pound of good twig is a few thousand easy. Very few suppliers would give much qty break on good bho with supply / demand ratio as it sits.

if you had that kind of money to drop(I would personally charge 10k, depending on yield, could go down a bit) you would already know the market place and or produce yourself
also good luck on even getting a lb of quality product(my definition/our definition) especially of a single strain
takes a pretty big system or many runs also. a pain in the ass, and consistency will be an issue

who said of one strain? and I know how much It would cost to make it and do make it. I just think it would be easier to buy a lot. rather than grow it. wweeelllll bgw707 says 400 an oz. I also was just confirmed from a friend out there of about 400 an oz. soooo your 10k is way too high. for that I would continue to grow it. im trying to find a source that is better than me growing. at 400 even no deal x 16 is right around what I thought....

your paying for quality.
I charge 2k a lb for dank(well hundred an o), it's gonna take maybe 5lbs to give the yield. then your paying for solvent. then labor, which being multiple runs and wax is wanted, will be fairly intensive.
10k or a bit under is a good deal when you look at it for quality..these are just my personal prices, I'm not some huge dealer
just do it yourself if your competent

solvent should cost no more than 400. and should be done in 8 hours easy. so 200 for labor.. ill give you 7.5

Lol. you think quality is increased off a higher yield %? about 20 for butane and 12 for qwiso
I can pull an extra ~8% just by soaking longer in butane.. but I would prefer qwiso, and I use landrace sativas for that killer high

anyway, if you can get it for that price and your satisfied that's all that matters..unless your trying to push it

um no. I have grown 6 strains and the lowest return I got is 18%.highest was 26%. soo to me more oil does kinda represent quality. or are you going to tell me that your 18% bud is better than mine that I get 26% from? I doubt it.... I do an oz at a time. I blend up the weed 15seconds>stuff tube 50seconds>blast butane 180 seconds> heat for 400 seconds and its in my slick jar hours away from smoking if constantly stirring. so from bag to dab under 3 hours... extra %8 ????? that makes no sense.... that's not thc then. lol......
