I know there was another thread about this but i cant find it so...

With rec weed about to hit the store in a couple weeks i was thinking about keeping a watch on prices from stores and the black market as the weeks and months go by and as supply goes up and down.

Just curious i guess cause i grow my own meds of course and i dont really pay attention to prices. But itd be interesting to see if we have a similar experience to what happened in colorado and wash st a few years ago.

Anyway, last i paid on the BM in edmonchuk was 200 a zip for top shelf. That was a year ago or so... i heard 150 a zip now, but cant say what quality is...

Very curious to see what others are paying across the country and how legal rec affects it all over time... hope youll all chime in. :)

In BC you can get the best weed ever for $800-1000/lb all day long. If you don't care about monster Cycocel buds then you can get the exact same weed with smaller buds for $700

I haven't bought BM bud in a long time, but I think my son is paying about $120 - $130 ish /oz., down from $150 in the last year I guess. I'm out of the loop there. I get an oz of black hash for $200 'family rate' - price hasn't changed in years for that!
I know a lot of growers who are saying this is their last crop because there is no money in it anymore.

I always loved th3 black stuff! And ya... was always 180 to 220 sin e the 80s around here depending on availability.

200 is a good price these days since its so rare. Everybody is into bho and wax and such these days...

I know lots of quit but those seems to be ones that struggle to get 1.5lb per light and their stuff is meh but the ones that I know grow really nice stuff and get 2+ per light are going to keep going. One guy I talked today who bought 200+ Gavitas from me over the last year is getting 2.5/lb and he says they're still doing ok with $800/lb to move. I've see their product and its pretty nice.
