maybe where youre from. around here its always 50-60 for anything good and everyone buys it.if he was trying to buy some and it doesnt weigh, then we could say hes getting ripped off.

Not sure what the going rate for an eighth or 1/4 is around here but a 1lb of decent stuff goes for between 1600.00 and 2000.00 depending on the quality.

MJ is very cheap here. Dead cheap. In some cases, you can get 10 grams for $1. That is just plain trash though.

I sell my decent stuff for $2-3 per gram.
