hasn't happened. no lawyers or prosecutors like the idea of trial.. they'll be out of the job soon after the first jury nullification...

hopefully we can get steve greens to trial... right now....

tomorrow we are hoping he'll be allowed to use his meds... motion for evidentiary hearing at 8:30am in Pontiac Oakland county courthouse. 12000 telegraph.

I'm pretty happy your ass isn't president. You would have me killed just over the traffic arrests. Damn, and the rough crowd gets rougher.

I think where they made their mistake was doing all 144 at the same location. At the end of the day, if the DEA can get someone there going to. They'll use any means of the law to do so, hell in a lot of cases I'm sure they lie their asses off. I'm still not sure why people think everything is turning around for marijuana growing and use? The DEA and other agencies get money from taxes in the billions to fight the fake war on drugs. That means jobs (useless) but jobs nonetheless! They are not just going to go away no matter what state laws say. I haven't seen anywhere in the state law that allowed more than 72 at a single location, I can be wrong as there have been so many changes since. I just don't see taking the chance until it's federally decriminalized which in my opinion will never happen because as stated earlier, too many people are now brainwashed and it will not be reversed anytime soon. The fight shall continue though...

yeh, ur right. I apologize too all. Ive been laid off for a year stuck in this house with my ole lady . everyday. I guess ive been taken frustration out on stupid shit. No I haven't been in jail for all traffic, they were all prtobation violations and asults shit like that. I grew up on charter boats as a first mate. my dad use to have a charter boat on lake erewie and Michigan, we were in the west sister charter boat association. that's were I leraned how to drink. as a kid. I grew up bar hopping with my dad and his friends and watch them bar fight and drive drunk all the time. Well, u cant get away with that shit anymore. because of nancys just say no and mad against drunk drivers. So I piad my dews. but anywasys, this post isn't about me, its about those pore guys that got put in prison for a stupid little plant. this government sucks. peace.
