Pro C02 buckets

Has anyone here ever tried these buckets? I used them once over the past 6 months. The results were nice tight fast growing flowers. I used two of the large size in my 9 x 10 flowering room. The two buckets cost me 100.00 and they were good about six months. I wanted to reboost with my boost bucket but that shit went up to 110.00 and it only lasts for one run. My results were about the same except I got two more runs out of the buckets. I am thinking of boosting to four and burning 10 hour candles in flower side. I use the candles on the veg side and it made a huge difference, then I added the buckets to the flower side and they just went nuts. I don't have a Co2 monitor, but for the next run I will because I want to see when the ppms drop and how fast. Amazon sells the candles and I get free shipping when I triple the order so it works great. I just put them in a paint can and light them every nite when I am here. The paint can gets holes drilled all the way around about two inches from the bottom.

Hey,

I have wondered about using something like this,
as I grow mushrooms and their blocks are often used
as CO2 machines as well...

Well, I can not get past the fact that I am ramming as
much air as my Panasonic Whisperline can push through
my tent and filter.

I cannot convince myself that I will be able to appreciably
affect the CO2 levels with the relatively small amounts that
a colonizing fungi, or a acid-base reaction, generates.

One needs to go with a sealed chamber to get CO2 to help
and then one needs a regulator to control the levels.

...or so I think, I have not done this yet.

if those buckets are anything like the "exhale bags", then DONT waste your money. you would need 10+ bags in your toom to even make a slight difference. at that time, you might as well spring 600 for a co2 setup (a real one).

Have heard of them a bit costly, believe "Green Pads" are the best out. One has a choice of CO2 bags,Buckets, Pads and one company puts out a "bag" for veg and one for Flower stage. Also all mentioned should be placed above your plants because CO2 is heaver than air and bags take a temp of 80-85 degrees to work properly (generate co2) and only work when lighting is on. My plants got much healthier after placing them in flower room. I will be running a monitor this time though so I can see what levels are. Even though air is moving through the building or tent whatever you use, the plants still use what they can. My plants got longer greener leaves and grew faster than they did without the buckets. Green pads cost an arm and a leg to keep replacing, the buckets last for five months. The monitor will tell me what I really need to know. The exhale bags are only good for two to three months and I was not very happy at all and I used two in 6x3x6. I got better results using a paint can and 10 hour candles than the bags. The buckets are not the best but it beats hauling cans every week when you are not a welder or a soda vender. I like out of sight out of mind approach. I would like a burner, but they make an assload of heat.
