Problem: Black spots on leaves, my plant is loosing too many leaves!

I'm having a problem with my plants.
It's the second time i'm growing indoor and this same thing happened the first time and I didn't know what to do.
My plants start to show some sort of black spots on the leaves, like fungus i would say, but i don't know what it is. It takes the leaves, starts with black spots and then it gets dry and falls.
Right now Ive got two plants, one is fine, the other has lost a lot of leaves.

What is it? What can I do to prevent this? and what can I do to fix it now that it started?

For more information... my installation is very small (you'll see that the plant is tied because its too tall), right now they are on a 12/12hs of light and dark, ive got two big fans (one in and one out), the ventillation is fine, and the humidity is at 50% and the temp is between 68 and 72 F. The soil is great, great drainage.

Thank you!!

This is what the look like before getting dry:

Many leaves look like zombies:

This is a little spot:

As you can see, the plant has lost a lot of leaves, but it's gonna be harvested very soon.

I'm currently on my first grow myself, but it looks like it could possibly be mold?

Are you sure your RH is a steady 50%? That is what I would look for, at least.

edit: If you're certain it's not the RH and temps/circulation is good, my next guess would be some kind of nutrient problem. Either too much or (in my opinion) too little of something.

Again, new grower here so take my word with a grain of salt :weed: But I've been doing a lot of research

alright im not 100% sure so u might want a second opinion, but i beleive that could be a phosphorous def, du to the fact that the large spots are on and around the veins of the leaves

Yes, my hygrometer says 50% all the time. The last time I thought it was mold, and I used something for that but it didn't change anything :(.

Great! Thank you! I'll try that in my next grow, starting next week... but I don't know exaaaaactly how to use the nutrients (the pics are proof of that )... how much should I pour on the plants? how often? when should I start and when should I stop? (i'll google it, but if you can teach me or point me in the right direction i'll be very grateful :) )

I have another question... The man that sold me the indoor growbox told me to change the light bulb and put it on 12/12hs when the plants reach certain point in a ruler it has on the side (between 20 and 23 inches tall), but the plants reach that point in less than two weeks... is that ok? or should I let them with the first light more time? If they keep growing they won't fit in the growbox.

Thank you again!

im not so much an indoor grower but i can help u out a little, as for nutes it depends on what ur using, they all have different feeding schedules, if i were u id get a basic nute line up for veg and flower thats easy to use, and they should have instructions for them, and for keeping the height down look into LST, or what some growers do is start there plant on a 12-12 cycle, from seed, and right when the plant reaches maturity it will flower

Dude, have you introduced nutes to that soil at all? My suggestion is to get hydroponic grade nutrients and put about 20 ml of grow or bloom nutrients (depending on your phase) into a gallon of water. Use once a week or once every two weeks. Listen to your plant. If you water with 2 gallons, use 40 ml, etc.

Secondly, it looks like your plant is stretching. What lights do you use and how far away from the plant do you keep it? A previous poster mentioned lst, and it's a great method to control your plants but you need to make sure you're providing everything the plant needs first.

Yes, but I don't have nutes for the bloom stage, gotta get that. Thanks for the info!
About the lights... I've got two lamps of 250W, one for grow (metal halide lamp) and the other one for bloom (high pressure sodium lamp). With the first one they are 18hs with the lights on and 6hs in dark, then, with the other one they are 12/12hs. As they grow I move the lamps, so they are always about 2 inches from the lamps. I'm thinking about using LST for the next ones.
