Problem? Curled leaves

Only on 1 plant the leaves are upside-down canoes, a couple of the very tips have a tiny bit of burn and the very first set of leaves above cotelydons are very light with a bit of yellow starting to creep in. There's also a bit of wierd growth where the cotelydons were, I'm thinking it might be slight wind burn but the others are fine and I only put a few drops of gh flora micro and grow in a gallon for a watering, otherwise no extra nutes. They're a month old from seed in happy frog and ocean forest soil in 2 gallon fabric pots majority hf. Been watering with tap water it's 7-7.5 ph down with a drop per gallon to be around 6, like <50 ppm sitting for at least a day for chlorine. Under 600w mh air cooled around 14 inches from tops. Temps fine, oscillating fan giving a light breeze. No pest problems I'm aware of, could be nothing but might be the start of a problem, lmk what you guys think. Riu Isn't cooperating with pics rn I'll add them soon but preliminary opinions I guess.

do not run fan constantly, especially at that age.

It's easy to over-water at this stage. Feed < 200ppm with an eyedropper.

It might be that that one plant is a mutant, and that's the way it will grow.
Let the rest of your plants tell you how your garden is growing, don't lose your mind over one plant, if you have the same envoirment for all the plants (how many?), and one is not doing well, it's probably the plant itself that is fucked genetically.

Thanks, the fan isn't directly on them, just airflow and they're already past the edges of the pots doing great with a 16 oz bottle of water every 5 days or so, and I've got a journal going for some earlier pics just not closeups of this plant and the wierd growth is just some super small wierd serrated leaves where cotelydons were, riu still doesn't want to let me upload. Finally pics, the leaves are lightly warping so I don't know if it's a ph issue or light nute burn, could be nothing but better to nip a problem in the bud.
