Hello to everyone. I have tried to wire this unit: https://invisiblesunled.co.uk/products/ish320-diy-mk3-horticultural-lighting-kit-powered-by-samsung-lm301h. It consists of 4 x ISH150 MK3 Samsung LM301H boards +Meanwell HLG 320H C2100A driver.
By mistake they had sent me Meanwell HLG 240 H C2100a driver and upon contacting them for their fault they told me to proceed with the wiring of the unit, stating that I would "lose": only 30 watts if I run them with HLG 240 H instead of HLG 320H, offering a refund for the difference in price for the 2 drivers. When the wiring was made the unit was drawing ~70 watts with the HLG240 driver.
I ordered a driver from another shop (HLG 320H C2100A, what was supposed to be used from the beginning). I connected it and again the unit does not draw over 70 watts. The chips turn on normally with both drivers. Problem is that the unit does not draw over 70 watts with either of them. I have checked it with 2 different watt meters. Any clues on what is going on here before I send the chips back along with the 240H driver? I am going loco here, over 1 week and still no solution. Thanks for any suggestions
I uploaded a picture showing the wiring. Sorry if it's not very clear, it's the best I could do. On the right of the pic it is shown how the 2 boards are connected together. On the left of the picture I show which wiring ends up to the driver.
