Problem with 4 burner propane CO2 generator

This is for a friend. 4 burner propane CO2 unit. The first pilot is not lighting. The next 3 pilots do but they it shuts off. Cable is working and plenty of gas in tanks. I am thinking the first pilot is broken or clogged?? Anyone else have any experience with this? Thanks.

It could be a clogged regulator. Might try blowing it out with compressed air.

Also, does your unit have a separate solenoid valve for the first pilot and the other pilots? Perhaps that solenoid is dead?

What brand and model are you using?

First pilot may have a thermocouple and if it’s not creating enough voltage to satisfy the valve it will not stay lit.
