What's your ph at?
Also I haven't grown in rockwool for many years but how do your roots looks? Do they look brown?
I had problems at first in rockwool many years ago and it was because I was watering them a tad too much. If you flood those things while they're still pretty wet, you're asking for trouble. As they get bigger and the root structure with it, you must then increase the the amount of waterings. I don't know if you did or not but you can't have the same watering cycle from veg to a few week old girl in flower. Obvoiusly when they are young they get much less water... Not saying you didn't do that, just trying to help with your problem and get to the bottom of what's happening.
