Problem with seedlings

Is there a trick to seedlings because I’ve had a hell of a time With them. I have no problem germinating them but keeping them alive is a different story. I’ve been putting them in nectar of the gods 4 soil. I’ve tried limited water and that’s not worked, I’ve tried watering until overflow that hasn’t worked. I thought my light might be too much, it’s a 250 watt led so I changed the length on it that didn’t work. The only thing that fluctuates In my room is the temp from 89 to 66. Any help is appreciated

That temp swing! Especially the low side is your issue I bet. Most people over water of feed seedlings and kill them. Try this, only this.

Sprout a seed, put it in a 5.5ph mineral block with just 5.5 ph water. Once you see roots coming out the block plant in a clear solo cjp of light warrior or happy frog. Then put that cup in a colored cup.. Only water if you pull clear cup out and cant see any moisture anywhere inside clear cup. And then only a couple shot glasses at most. During this entire time dont shut light off at all and put on a heat mat in a dome. Dome on mat that is. Keep humidity as high as possible, 95+ and tenp about 80.

What do you mean just dies? Does it wilt and die? Does it fall over and die? Exactly what is the symptom.

I dont know the soil you are using but not all soil is made for seedlings. Some soils will down right kill seedling due to being meant for already established plants. Seedling cant take a bunch of nutrients.

Temp isn't your issue. Pics of the seedlings as they are dying would help.

Essentially seedlings have enough nutrient in their cotyledons to last until those are gone. So the typical mistake is too much food and it burns them to death. Try germinating them in Jiffy Pellets with tap water and see what you get. Another issue is handling a germ and it damping off.

that soil sounds hot to me, by the symptoms. try a simple multipurpose compost to plant your seeds in and make sure the pot is at least 6 inches deep, the more space a root has to grow in, the better the chances of it becoming a female are

I got told if you stand on one leg and gently shake the seeds on a full moon your guaranteed to get females. Man I was wasting my time DNA is for pussies.

plants comunicate with each other and can manipulate seeds into becoming male or female

Look up apomixis go go. Weed has a tendency to hermaphrodism for survival. But they are germinated as male or female by their DNA.
