have a young one about a month old, soil, ph 6.5, metal halide 18 and 6, 27 temp, 48 humidity, lots of airflow, one lower leaf almost seems like it was burnt in a spot but not a black burn and the leaves are really light green and growth is stunted but the upper leaves look like their showing sighns of over watering not too sure to be exact. any opinions would be great thanks. pics inc.2013-04-04 06.42.18.jpg2013-04-04 06.42.33.jpg2013-04-04 06.42.58.jpg2013-04-04 06.43.38.jpg

Shouldn't be any deficiency at that age, slim chance there is.
Alot of stretching going on too. If i were you i would just use some cfl's for now transplant them and cover some of that stem and lower the cfls down to just a couple inches above the tops.
About the problem with the burn how often are you watering?
And what nutes have you gave them and are you giving them to much??

it could be light wasnt able to get my advanced spectrum like i wanted and i water once every two days and ive used technoflora boost and grow once at 600ppm and 6.5ph that was 2 weeks ago ever since ive been watering with h2o2 1% 6.5ph and h2o after to flush excess h2o2 out that is also at 6.5 ph and philips metal halide is the type of light so pretty low brand

The large container makes watering young plants properly a challenge, try using a spray bottle.

And is that sand I see as a partial topdressing?.

You don't have to worry about flushing out the peroxide, I would actually recommend you up the peroxide gradually to 3ml per 1liter of water just 3% peroxide, whoa I just noticed that you said you are watering with 1% peroxide then watering to flush, way too much and may be a problem, use 3% peroxide and use just 3ml/liter of water max, you're supposed to start with just 1ml and then work your way up. Like sunbiz said the large containers make watering a bitch, I made the same mistake, always start seedlings in small pots, it makes it very east to overwater and this is why peroxide is so important.
