problems early on!

okay here's the setup:

-8 x 26watt 6500k CFL's about 2-3 inches from tops of seedlings running 24/7
-grow area temp ~82 deg F (no fan but well ventilated closet)
-ph ~6.8-7.0
-soil is robin hood landscape potting soil (just plain soil no nutes added it was like a few bucks for 40 pounds)
-seeds are in 16oz plastic cups with slits for drainage in bottom
-watering schedule is 100ml tap water per plant every 2nd or 3rd day (whenever top of -soil completely dries out)
-only used nutes once (first watering) used schultz 10-15-10, whatever dosage the box said (scaled down of course)

all plants have been in ground for about 10 days.

three failed germination and i've begun to germinate some more

plant 1 (champ1.jpg) seems to be doing well but leaves are pointing really vertically and lower leaves are solid yellow.

plant 2 (chump2.jpg, chump3.jpg) is the one i'm most worried about leaves are curling under, some yellowing and dark brown on leaf edges and tips. also the stem is solid green while stems on other two plants are red.

plant 3 seems to be good, but doesn't have any fan leaves yet for some reason, kind of a weird looking plant.

somebody help me tell me what is wrong with my babies. my two thoughts are either nute burn (but only nute'd once and it wasn't a high dosage and soil doesn't have added nutes) or too close to lights, but everything I read says keep them within 1" of the light w/cfls so wtf.

do not give them any nutes until they are 2-3 weeks old. just water now with plain water and let soil dry between waterings. g/l

thanks, will continue to water sans nutes.

also placed thermometer on top of one of the cups next to a plant, temp is close to 95 deg F, i'm guessing this is probably not helping so on my way to walmart for a fan!

:leaf::leaf: If your temp's are close to 95F then that is why your plants are looking like that. Just blow a fan on them. You can buy a plastic one at walmart for 5 bucks. Good luck. :leaf::leaf:

Well it's been a few more days, problems are continuing, healthiest plant is fully green but leaves are curled under and pointing up. all leaves seem to be twisting which can be seen in the first plant pic.
