Problems growing first time with white high par led's mixed with lec's. Light burn or mag deficiency?

Hello guys
Im running my first grow with white led's full spectrum solux galaxy 630w mixed with lec's.
I've got my plants in a wilma drip system with expanded clay.
Im growing kali mist x black domina clones.
Room temperatures 24 to 27 during the day, 20 to 21 during the night.
Water temperature 21 degrees
Humidity between 50 and 60 degrees
Im feeding them 3 part GH micro, grow, bloom.
Osmosis water adding cal mag till i get 0.4 ec.
Second week flowering and im just at 1.1 EC

So here is my story:
At second week vegetation i started noticing some yellowing/lime leaves in my plants under the led's but all good with the ones under the lec's. Some of the tops started curling and the new growth look deformed. I presumed the light was too intense even if they were only at 40% and at 70 cm distant from the canopy.
So i kept the power at 40% and put them at 1 meter away from the canopy.
I made the mistake to switch them to flower hoping the problem would resolve.
But it didn't and it actually got worst.
Im just starting the third week flowering and the plants are drinking and the ec and ph doesn't fluctuate but most part of the plants still look sick, some more than others....the ones under the lec's are doing better....
I just increased my ec to 1.5 and gave them a bit more calmag and epsom salts hoping the problem is light feeding. Waiting a few days to see if they respond well.
Is this problem from light burn or is it magnesium deficiency?
Is it normal to keep this light at only 40% and so far from the canopy at this stage?
Solux recomends to have them at 15 cm from the canopy.
Can somebody help me please
Finding it hard to dial the right environment for leds mixed with lec

Fuck bro, i think you're right....ffs, i've been spaying my plants with neem, neudorff spruzit and Potassium soap but for some reason there are still loads of white wingless animals on them.
I just checked with the microscope
Usually i check the underneath of the leaves but for some reason this ones are just on the top.
I just sprayed this morning with neudorf spruzit but i can still see many of them alive.
So yeah i think they are the reason for this devastation. That could explain why some plants are still ok and other are almost dead.
Im gonna get the good predators tomorrow
Do you have any advice?
Thank you so much for your help
