Problems with autos

How could you tell you killed a male plant? If your autos are not feminized and there still in veg after 7 weeks how did you sex that plant? An unfeminized plant won't show sex until you put them to flower, and why would you buy regular auto seeds and not feminized ones?

A photoperiod will still preflower in veg after it's mature enough to flower

Yes but it's still impossible to sex until you put them to bloom, I'm not knocking you, im shure you thought you had feminized seeds, but I've seen photoperid plants do crazy things last year we swore we had a male but halfway through bloom it changed over to a girl, sometimes you can kinda tell as the males tend to be taller but not always, I'm trying to tell you that you can never tell until the end, I'm not ridiculing you I buy feminized seeds so I don't waste dirt, with reg seeds anything's possible.

And I may be talking out my ass beacuse I have never grown a reg auto, I have seen them 4 sale but never bothered, if they are unfeminized but an auto crossed with rundellis I would think the females would still flower on there own they would have too at the end of the day they are autoflowers, and female autoflowers will flower on there own regardless whether they are feminized or not, are you shure your not running reg seeds?

They are deft not regular seeds they are auto it was my first grow so stupid mistake not getting fem seeds but the one I pulled was definitely male

males have sparse growth . And preflower happens during veg ..... If you were to flip it to 12/12 before preflower the plant will continue to veg until it preflowers then it will start the transition to bloom

I told you I'm not diparengig you or your grow I'm trying to help you, your right if I had a nickel for every stupid mistake I made, does not matter, if you want to grow autos there are 2 bits of advice I can give you, go to a legit breeder, I recommend Crop king, no exotic strains, but very stable genetics, at reasonable prices, and are honest, 2 and I know this is not the problem your having but don't cut corners on medium whatever you use, hopefully cuting your lights will realy induce flowering, good seed stock is imperative your grow is only as good as the beans you bought.
