well if you chop the buds off early you could atleast just get rid of the plant and anything that would make u look like ur growing it. (hopefully u have less than 1 OZ off of that one plant) then cure properly and try to take care of the smell as much as you can BUT if anything does happen you will have some weed on you and thats all. no cultivation charge. you should always hope it doesnt come to any of that but IF you really do think you need to get rid of it then you could atleast dispose of the plant and the content of your bucket.
