That's likely from the colloidal silver. The second photo clearly shows what appears to be where the solution dried on the leaves. I've had plants look similar to that when I used that method. I now use the STS method that only requires a couple sprays to reduce sex. You might want to look into STS in the future as it's much less work and in my experience has faster results. It's been so long since I used CS and I can't find a picture but I had plants look similar to that. This is what they all have looked like using STS to reverse sex. Two sprays and done. Sex reversal showed very quickly.
