Week 9
Y'all... I wish I would've topped this bitch sooner. I was so scared of topping a possible auto (never at 4 weeks, pre-flower I saw -Yoda love lol), that I waited entirely... entirely too long. My tent is 32" x "32" x60" (81.3 cm x152 cm). If I would've topped it two weeks sooner, that tent would look like a magical wonderland of little buds. Rookie mistake...

Imagine the feng-shui that could've been!!

Anyway... If anyone is reading this, (thank you) what would be your advice on how to proceed? What I mean is... I have 3 lights going *see above. I arranged them to sit lower in the center with the sides higher. The undergrowth isn't anything that I would consider pruning any more than maybe a half dozen fan leaves. She got good fan airflow.

Should I just leave it be or should I streamline this one? It's two weeks into flower btw.

If you’re not going to use the lowers for edibles or oil etc then take them off. No sense having the plant use any energy for buds that won’t finish strong to jus throw them out. That’s my thought process on the matter anyhow. I also just prefer a cleaned out zone on the bottom between the top of the media and where my useable buds start. Plant is looking great. And I love topping and training plants. My kind of grow.

I am still using the SF1000. It is hung in the center. I put my Bloomspect 300s on each side and higher up to accommodate the height difference.

The whole plant is getting plenty of light. I usually use the little stuff in my edibles, so I usually leave them on anyway. I'll just stick to how I've been doing it and leave it be.

Thanks for the advice.

Battling a magnesium deficiency. Flushed and used Epsom salt. Kept getting worse. I flushed it more thoroughly (I don't think I did it right before) the other day. I scrapped the distilled water and used tap water (170 ppm before nutrients).

I adjusted the pH before I added my nutrient solution. I left out the grow and used the micro and bloom only at 6.4 pH.
I read something about having to dilute the pH up before adding it so to not potentially fuck up any of the nutrients. Idk if there's any merit to it, but why not try?

I always run into this around the third week of flower. I assumed it was pH, but I been on that hard core. Maybe what I read is true and I been locking shit out. Time will tell. Anyway

Why do you assume mag deficient? Look pretty healthy to my eyes.
Maybe still need alittle more n in their diet.
All the flushing probably isnt helping any

Looks like magnesium deficiency to me man. I trimmed off a dozen the other day before I was told I should have left them so it doesn't move to newer leaves faster.
