Im about to pick up another bail of promix and was wanting to do organics this time. any have any good recipes for promix for a light to medium strength? or any help designing one this will be first time organics grow and i plan to do it right and all the way with no chemicals added. plan to also make teas too. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Avoid using promix, its prelimed and at a very inconsistant rate, you'll surely find some CEC imbalances. Best to use plain, Premier brand peat...or as I've been experimenting, a coco/blank peat blend. Best of luck.

I've been using pro mix for years indoors and outdoors. I mix in fresh worm castings, perlite, kelp meal, some bone and blood meal and lime. I mix it all up and let it cook for a month or so mixing every week. I use a tsp per gallon of bone, blood, kelp and lime. My plants seem to love it and I don't have to add any nutes for the first 3-4 weeks. I do use an organic tea at the start to get my medium hopping.

i think next grow im going to do a super soil i just dont have the time to let my soil sit. i will go promix with worm casting and more perlite and soem more ph buffers. as for nutrients im thinking either cyco prokit or house and garden. line seeing as it is all peat moss and sphagnum moss would i be able to use the coco base house and garden or just regular sooil house and garden?

I think your best bet is to use promix, and suppliment nutes, either through watering, or top dressing your soil.

I use pro mix in my super soil mix. I add more dole lime. It works great. Faster growth than when I used roots. $29 a bale or $15 a 2 cu ft bag at lowes.
