Prop 19 didn't pass!

I'm not a Californian, but I am kind of on the fence with this issue. Do you really want "The Man's" dirty hands on our high quality smoke? The "MAN" can't do anything right in this country. Republican or Democrat they are all
F$$@@$#KN ignorant and RAPE our country. The last 2 presidents giving bank bail outs is disgusting enough. MOther F@#k the banks, help the citizens!!!! I am just proud they have not taken my right to bare arms and conceal and carry. Cannabis will always be ILLEGAL in my state and guns will always be LEGAL to criminal record free citizens. Many of the citizens of my state are still brainwashed and believe cannabis is the same as heroin. Kind of strange, but I am only complaining about the criminalization of cannabis. If they try to take guns, they are begging for another very very bloody civil war and that isn't happening.

On the other hand, I'd like to be able to go on vacation in my home land, and go to a coffee house and smoke up. Plus, I don't like being criminalized over cannabis. I am an everyday American, you would never know I am smoking couchlock smoke on a regular basis. I certainly am not your stereotype smoker w. dreads, red beady eyes, and tye dye. I am a business man smoker packing legal heat.

It doesnt matter what California says about the legality of MJ as long as the feds keep it illegal it is illegal and the knocks will still come.

Now that the killers across the border know we are so self centered, they want more. LAND! Their land as they see it. They have the man power,guns and war toys they got with our money! The Feds look like a deer in your head lights. The NO vote means No life there will not get any safer,just put them selfs in the line of fire! They already have you cover from the hills around you just watching you !The Losers are the NO VOTERS! Peace!

u medical growers act like ur fucking docors or something, you deal drugs to maybe 1% of legit customers. I know so many ppl w medcal cards for bullshit. you guys fucked it up for the rest of the us. more rationalizations. the same sort of things we've been hearing from the short-sighted members of the mj community. "the man" has his hands in every pie. do you expect established authority to to relinquish control without a fight? this could have been the great test case, in the most populous state in the union, that might have given other states the courage to follow our lead. instead we have given the monster of the federal government validation of their superiority. now they see how divided the mj community is. now they are reassured that this community is just as filled with greed and hysteria as any other industry and they know just how to control us.

what can we hope for now? the half-measure that satisfies complacent medical users? more stringent controls on medical use, treating our simple plant as if it were a pharmaceutical commodity? possibly. an increased boldness in the federal raids on peaceful mj consumers? probably. the continuation of the whittling away of states' sovereignty and the ever widening power of the federal bureaucracy? most definitely. i'm certain i would rather fight the relatively benign greed of the corporate world than the violent ferocity of washington's lust for control.

Bottom line is state laws dont mean dick to the DEA.

So I guess you think it is not being regulated now. What a dumb ass. If you could grow very high quality MJ you wouldnt have to worry of someone stealing your business. If you have the freedom to use "Medical MJ" dont you think everyone is entitled to the same treatment? I think people that voted no to prop 19 has there priorities fucked up. Looking at the whole pic and not just Medical MJ'ers the legalization of MJ would have brough us up out of a plummeting deficiate. In just a couple of years the taxes alone would have turned out fighting economy around. Hell if it were legal I would pay 1000 per year for a permit on top of taxes. But we little peons are not important enough in the human race to be worthy of legalization. What is fair for one should be fair to all. But for some reason yall think yall have the monopoly on it all. Yall are very selfish people with selfish motives. Everone wants equal rights but when it comes to MJ. It is not about just MMJ'ers. You think that all the people that voted no just didn't want prop 19 to pass for your sake. Hell no, some don't want it leagal at all, not even for MMJ. I feel in time all the anti prop19'ers will soon realize they made a huge mistake. If compettion scares yall that much yall are in the wrong industry.

for everyone complaining about the card holders fuckin it up for everyone elce, im sure there are way more pot heads who dont have a card than pot heads who do have a card...blame the non card holders for sittin on their lazy asses when they should have been voting.

I hope the Federal Goverment drops the boom on California's MMJ Laws. Then you fakers can be arrested just like the rest of us.

Dea arent cops, they dont partroll the street and arrive at parties/bar fights...cmon how often is the dea planning stings on people w one oz or small grows....never, Yea shur 100plants is going to get u attention but everyone being able for a 5x5 is nothing to them esp when state police have to respect state law and allow the legality of the drug, but now no.

Apparently you didnt watch the news when Barrack and the head of the DEA stood at the podium and said if California legalizes MJ the DEA will be there in "full force" to enforce federal marijuana laws. And the DEA aren't cops? What are they?

Phillip Morris produces billions of cheap cigarettes and completely floods the market. Are all of the high quality tobacco and cigar makers out of business? Lipton floods the market with cheap tea bags. Are all of the small quality tea suppliers out of business? Folgers sells burnt crap in a can for a dollar. Are all of the gourmet coffee makers out of business?

Even if California handed the market over to Big Tobacco, I say let the fools too lazy to grow and too cheap and apathetic to buy quality merchandise do so. I know I wouldn't be buying the shit those companies produce. They will pack it full of addictive chemicals just like they do to the cigarettes they make now. It will truly be the first time people start actually lacing pot.

So basically, the Medical users are happy but the average smoker/grower is not since they still have to hide..RIGHT????????

The dea barely has the man power to sustain the current drug issues in america, let alone if it were decriminalized and everyone was entitled to it.
And by cops i mean they are a special unit that has to have suspicion to investiget you. When was the last time u saw a dea agent partolling the streets or breaking up nfights at bars, or telling people to turn the music down? state local cops do that NOT the dea. You gottta get tipped off and be fullscale to grant dea attention.. Soo pull all the dea into cali?? cool what about the other 49 states?????

Do you have a link? I specifically remember him stating previously that the DEA was to respect the state laws and stop the raids on legit med growers.

Listen you sound stupid. If 1 State goes on there own and legalizes and the president says he will put all of his resources into that state to put an end to it and you think you are safe and legal you are a moron and deserve whatever happens to you.

would i and the thousands like me, with my couple of plants in the side yard, be safe? maybe not, but it's sure a hell of a lot better than worrying over every black and white that rolls down the street. all those folks that just want to cruise over to a friends house to share a joint could quit worrying about that busted tail light and the endless unjustified stops of known stoners would finally come to an end. we could finally put away those power sucking hid lights and grow our stash along side our tomatoes and petunias.

What's your neighbor going to do? Call the local state police and make a complaint?
