im very new to all this but was wondering what some experienced growers think of this? maybe a way to introduce a little co2 in the room and at the same time take care of pest? i want to start a grow but id like to prevent infestation before hand.
think its safe? are the chemicals safe? to prevent pest ? or kill them in a infestation problem. any advice would be great

You know, I am a true organic grower (NO BOTTLE NUTES) and I have a big issue with using ANYTHING for bug control. I like to use the soapy water trick for the spider mites, This isnt the best for time consumtion because it takes many tries to eliminate the bugs, As far as the other bugs like moths and flies and nats just use some fly strips, they collect the flying bugs just fine. If all else fail and you have a full infestation I somtimes use a very small amount of Vegetable Garden 'SEVEN' for pest control. The reason for this is it is usable for edible(smokable) items. I add only enough to TINT the spray bottle a murky white. AND NEVER AFTER FLOWERING STARTS!!!!! At that point you should have all pests under control, if not flowering will only worsen the bug problem. Some may diagree but I do come first in Organic Marijuana taste tests. (Something our community does for legal patients.)

Try using a good 6month indoor bug control sprayed thick around the grow room and entrances a few days before planting....

well i ended up finding one of these foggers VERY VERY cheap so i figured i would experiment with it. i dont see why it wouldnt work. i mean other propane co2 generators seem to be the same idea..wasnt quite sure what it was until i got to look it over better. its jus propane element thats heated ( looks like the flame is kept to a very low blue flame) and a hollow tube is rapped around the heating element, the pesticide flows throu the tube and is heated were i guess it turns to steam and shoots out the tip, but instead of putting the pesticide they sell in it im thinking of putting in a mixture of neem oil and water mixture.... or i been jus turning it on without any pesticide in it at all to jus make co2.
