Good point! To, too, and two.

The word "to" has too many definitions to try to explain here but a good rule of thumb to use "to" is that if it can be used in a sentence and pronounced "ta" then the form "to" is the proper spelling.

Use "too" to mean besides, also, excessively, very, or so. (i.e. Sell this $10 lid and include a pipe too. This bong is too large a bong for us. After smoking up, he didn't seem too interested in watching the new program. I didn't smoke all your weed; you did too!)

Use "two" when referring to the number 2. (i.e. He can smoke two joints at once.)

I can type like an English major if I wanted to but I like to relax my brain a little on a forum like this. Most people are stoned anyways so I think ppl here get a free pass.

I mean this sub forum title is Toke n Talk not 'get out your grammar dictionary and talk', give peeps a break.

That's kinda what I was sayin ... But I don't think being stoned has anything to do with it. There are spelling/grammar impaired people who don't smoke too... All you're doing is making it sound like it's expected of stoners to not type properly...In turn making the average stoner look less intelligent than the 'average person..'lol

Ya! I HATE nothing worse that gramaticallly incorrect people. I always just think to mkyself "God! They must of been stoned"

Yeah I see what your saying and I wasn't meaning to perpetuate a possible stereotype, I was just saying Stoners shouldn't be expected to type with absolute perfect grammar and punctuation every time. Especially in such a nonconformist community of people. You know?

I guess. ha .... I don't think anyone should be expected to type perfectly online, on a forum especially... Not just stoners. That's all...:bigjoint:

Actually, I learned proper grammar from reading books outside of class. US education=shit. Most of my high school career was very redundant to me. Thank god I'm graduating in December....
