proper triming method question

ive been getting hell from alot of people on here for my trimming method. i trim alot,alot of the top leaves to get light to the bottom of the plant. it seems to work for me to get more stems to grow up from the bottom. i'm starting to think though each time i trim like that it slows my growth. can i get some good trimming advice and suggestions

it does slow it a bit but the key is to take only a bit at a time every few days..until you get what you want..

Alittle at a time, dont stress your girls out with mutilation.... And remember fan leaves collect light to make energy for your plant to use.

can i trim the plant into 4 weeks flowering

I just did i i felt the lower stems wernt getting enough light, i kinda got too may plants under a 600, ill let u know how it works out.
